A vegetarian protein alternative to scallops, with mild seasoning, both versatile and tasty. A plant-based protein that can be added to any dish: soup, casserole, stir fry, you name it! Shelf-stable and easy to prepare.
Preparation Instruction: For a delicious main course, drain Vegetable Skallops® and dio in your favorite breading or in a beaten egg and roll in cracker, bread or cereal crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil or pan fry until golden brown.
Ingredients: Skallops: textured vegetable protein (wheat gluten, soy protein concentrate, water for hydration). Broth: water, salt, monosodium glutamate, l-lysine monohydrochloride. Contains: Wheat, Soy.
